These seven stones connect to your primary seven chakras in the human body. In simple terms, your chakras are the energy centers in your body. “Chakra” means “wheel”, or “disk” and each “wheel” corresponds to spinning energy centers such as nerve bundles or major organs. In spiritual beliefs, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.
